Numbers aren't enough, but they matter
Numbers alone don't capture the difference between being able to continue your studies and having to stop, nor do they fully describe each student's journey. But they are essential for understanding the scope of our work and evaluating its results.
That's why we publish the data available on our projects, how resources are used, and our financial documents. Transparency towards members, donors and the communities we work with is part of the responsibility that comes with every contribution we receive.

In 2025, 95.7% of STORM's total expenses, amounting to €3,656.54, went to educational projects in Kenya through Nielimishe Foundation. The remaining 4.3% covered bank and administrative costs.

How we use images
The photographs published on this website portray the settings, activities and school communities with which we work. The people shown are not necessarily students who have received a scholarship or individual support from STORM, unless otherwise specified.
Some projects support specific students, while others, such as the installation of solar panels or improvements to school infrastructure, benefit the wider school community. Images should therefore not be interpreted as evidence of individual support.
We publish photographs with the required consent and, where appropriate, further protect students' identities by making their faces unrecognisable.
